VPE: Vinnie Potestivo Entertainment, Inc is a full-service entertainment agency specializing in talent-driven casting, booking, original development and production, and modern media marketing. Created by Vinnie Potestivo in 2008, VPEtalent is headquartered in New York City with a team of industry leading professionals across the US.

Potestivo, a New York native, began his career at MTV/MTV Films where he went on to serve as the Head of East Coast Talent and Series Development. While working at the network, he discovered and launched the careers of talent, including Nick Cannon, Mandy Moore, Molly Sims, Ashlee Simpson, Vanessa Minillo and Benji & Joel Madden.

VPE boasts a broad range of clients, including broadcast networks, digital content platforms, advertising agencies and public relations firms.

Vinnie Potestivo President Vinnie Potestivo’s professional career began in 1998 when he accepted a full-time casting position at MTV Networks.  Born and raised in New York, it seems only natural that Vinnie would begin his career working in the heart of the city – Times Square – the longtime location of MTV’s headquarters.  As head of MTV’s East Coast Talent & Series Development, Vinnie was able to strive in the fields of casting and production, playing a key role in the launch of top network talent, including Mandy Moore, Benji & Joel Madden, Vanessa Minnillo, Nick Cannon and Ashlee Simpson. Additionally, Vinnie produced and contributed as a network executive on a variety of top-rated and award-winning television series, such as 8th & Ocean, Real World, The Osbournes, Newlyweds, The Ashlee Simpson Show and Laguna Beach.  In 2008, he launched VPE: Vinnie Potestivo Entertainment and immediately garnered the attention of top networks and production companies.  As a full-service talent-driven entertainment agency, VPE specializes in casting, the development of character and celebrity-driven reality programming, talent procurement and modern media marketing.
